Our Commitment to Quality At Jamel Dalansi, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Because each item is custom-printed especially for you when you order, we cannot offer returns for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing choices. However, we stand by the quality of our gear. If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at contact@jdalansishop.com within 14 days of delivery. We will work with our fulfillment partners to ensure you receive a replacement or a resolution.

Exchanges Because our products are custom-made to order, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you have any concerns about the fit or style of your order, please reach out to us at contact@jdalansishop.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers Only) If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as per EU regulations.
